It's as easy as using /banish[x] (x is the number of cards you need to excavate) or /mill[x] and then returning them to the deck or whichever location they need to go. I came up with this. This is two lines shorter, also it utilizes "Must attack if able" and "Battle damage involving it becomes 0"

What I tried to say, is that Last Turn's effect is originally the End Phase.

The end of the phase, is the end of the Battle Phase.
