You can change your notification setting in the "Board Preferences" tab of the User Control Panel.

Being able to toggle limitation icons for Goat Format would definitely be cool.

Cards are added to Duelingbook right around the same time as their first release in physical printing. So for OCG cards, it will be around the time that the set comes out in OCG. For TCG premiere cards, they'll be added near the date of the TCG product release.
