"-type" is no longer a thing to refer to monster types (see recent cards).
Also, why would you need to add an extra blank line between the materials and the effect part? No need to do that actually.

First of all, it hurts my eyes when people separate effects with leaving blank lines. No, it doesn't make the effect easier to read.
