#2 doesnt sound bad actually. 800 lp is not a steep cost. Especially if you get an indestructable 2k+ monster.

Which card (That has an effect), has the shortest card text? If possible, I'd like the answer for Monsters, Spells, And Traps.

They are out in the OCG so they should be out on Duelingbook. I understand that adding them as soon as they are announced is too difficult, but you should at least add them when the physical cards are released.

I think he means that if the card has a continuous effect that is only active when equipped with another card.

Negative LVs can only exist if the card itself says it is. Those being Dark Tuners and Dark Synchros in the Anime/Manga (apart from the LV0 ones). As far as I know, monsters with negative LVs cannot have their LVs changed.
