I don't get the problem here, they played a deck, knew they were gonna lose and left. alot of people do this, i once got 5 wins in a row because people quited and thats not considered boosting but this is. I can tell you right now that you were not set as beginner because of the deck you were playing. Playing a certain deck (unless it consists of inappropriate custom cards) is not against the rules.
