Re: testing all my custom decks over the next few weeks

Your divine cards absolutely need to be changed. Requiring mind reading or clairvoyance to be beaten is a valid criticism. There is noting interesting about your opponent needing a very specific card to win. "Oh you included a Divine spellcaster instead of a Divine warrior? Then you don't deser...

Re: goat format challenge

Well, it seemed to lack untapped lands for River's Rebuke. And, yes, it was mostly a meme deck, but it was a high risk/high reward kind of deck: Still, I just shared to prove both how decks in MTG can summon dozen creatures in one turn and how it really doesn't matter. It would matter if they were ...

Re: goat format challenge

I suppose the example I provided of possibly over a hundred Polyraptors being summoned in a single turn means nothing, then. Not much to say about it. He had river's rebuke to answer it. It's a cute deck but since I didn't play standard from return to zendikar to rivals I don't know how viable that...

Re: goat format challenge

You need a banlist, you think you don't but you really do. Without one mtg has a legit zero turn kill

CrystalMusic wrote:no they dont. my rules requires one to "Think outside of the box"

Needing 50k atk and a specific attribute and monster type to beat you isn't thinking outside the box. That's asking for your opponent to read your mind.

CrystalMusic wrote:unlike yugioh, MTG is much harder to spam summon, you need mana to do that and the rules state ur limited to playing 1 mana (land) per turn. so it takes time to get going!

spam summoning doesn't matter in mtg

Re: goat format challenge

It's been like two years since i played on untap but I'm pretty sure you can play anything. There was no way to force a room to adhere to a format so you have to name your room after the format you want to play in. It's just that no one wants to play vintage and the few cards banned in vintage shoul...

Yeah, and God forbid that you dare to counter any of his stuff, kill his angels with removal, or straight up burn him to death. xD He's mentioned he plays. I wouldn't doubt if the first Avacyn is his favorite card of all time. But yeah I can't imagine him do anything but bitch and moan if he gets c...

Crystal would probably play white angels equip but without any removal.

Re: goat format challenge

if u have a monster that is able to battle, then make it battle! thats the point of them having an atk and def value! there is no need for board wipping monsters when u have monsters of ur own u can summon and battle your opponent's with! Stats exist to deal damage to your opponent. Effects are to ...

Re: goat format challenge

Challenge yourself for once. Get out of your comfort zone, learn how to not crumble immediately upon seeing Card Destruction. People aren't noobs for using cards you don't like. You're a noob if you can't handle them.

Removal is apart of the game and a skillful one at at that. There's no skill in seeing you have a higher number and attacking without worry.

A grand total of 0 phpBB based forums works the way you're proposing. You have no right to censor other people's posts to remove context in a place of public discussion
