The Seer's Passbook issue has a workaround method: Just banish Seer's Passbook before banishing the three cards so that it acts as a separator from any other banished cards.

It's highly unlikely that they did that with the intention to cheat. They wouldn't even gain any advantage by doing that.

You obviously have to meet its activation requirements in order to have the option of activating it. And the activation requirement of any Continuous Spell Card is "during your Main Phase" by default.

Also, Light Stage doesn't destroy the card; it just sends it to the Graveyard.

It's considered to be on the field up until its activation gets negated (in which case it doesn't count as it being sent from the field to the Graveyard when this happens). So it's not the same as Summoning a monster; Spells/Traps are on the field immediately once their activations are attempted.

"This card can only be Ritual Summoned with..." is outdated RItual Monster text. Modern ones all say, "You can Ritual Summon this card with..."

Basically, whether a certain monster can be Summoned with a certain Ritual Spell depends entirely on the Ritual Spell itself.
