Opponent summons The Winged Dragon of Ra - Sphere Mode to my field. Next turn, I tribute summon using it as a tribute. Is that a legal move?

If a monster that can attack in defense position (For example, a Superheavy Samurai Synchro) attacks an attack position monster with the same attack as the monster that's attacking in defense position's attacking stat while in defense position, what happens?

Maybe, but what if the monsters were the playable fighters? I think that would be cooler.
