After I try to use it, it gives me that message that It can't be used in advanced rated. Weirdly enough, after that, it won't let me duel with other decks too, even if i can originally select them

No, I'm literally doing it for advanced rated tcg

I followed everything in the limited and forbidden list but db is telling me i can't use my new deck
