Only thing in the game I still dont really get is the order of resolution for effects that resolve in a specific phase. E.g during my opponents end phase they need to resolve book of eclipse, would I be able to use my fast efffects (e.g. heatsoul) before they resolve eclipse, or as turn player can t...

Yeah just doesnt make sense sometimes like I face some dude who's a lot lower rating I get +20 but when I beat someone with higher rating I get +11, makes no sense

How is the rating gained after a win/loss calculated?
Is it rating based, experience based or random?

As the title says, when I try to take the judge exam I get the message "you have already taken this exam" despite never taking it before. Does anyone know why this is?
