Why do you need to open 2 drones? I don't understand that logic. 1 Engage for non-sky strikers is the same thing as 1 Hornet, except they probably wouldn't play other sky striker spells. 1 Engage makes no sense because it makes pure sky strikers a tier 2 deck and kills the engine for other decks.
