During server issues, I lost 46 points and 2 XP randomly. I have screenshots of a duel that occurred before reports of disconnects in the main menu as well as what my rating and xp is after. On imgur there are timestamps of when both were taken. Is there any way to adjust this or am I just screwed? ...

Every time I log into DB I can never view my friends list. It has made me have to go to my profile and go to each friend individually. My Flash doesn't seem to have any problems and I've looked at my plug-ins. Is there something I'm missing here so I can actually start seeing which of my friends are...
