Re: Goat Format Fusion Deck

In goat format there is a button to allow you to add cards to your fusion deck. However you need cards in your fusion deck to use this feature, you can't access it if your fusion deck is empty.

Re: Players agree on "who would win" during tournament

again if its YOUR tournament, YOU can do whatever YOU want. This is clear, but im supposing what to do if its not "our" tournament. In realistic terms there's nothing that can really prevent players from agree on the results, it wont matter in big events but in little ones with 10-20 peop...

viewtopic.php?f=49&p=101806#p101806 <- TCG is not ruling with this, so this is what we're going with for on-summon effects. What about situations surrounding a trigger that isn't specifically in response to the monster's "own summon," such as Player 1's Natasha taking control of Playe...

Re: Players agree on "who would win" during tournament

If its your tournament then you call the shots. Make up your own mind. If it's sanctioned, no. You have to follow Konami policies. It's allowed to concede for any reason, given that 1) You can't ask your opponent to concede. 2) You aren't offering compensation for your opponent to concede. https://...

Re: Goat Format Nightmare Wheel

There is this ruling which I would say you can apply to no monster being targeted by wheel even though it stays: The effect of "Nightmare Wheel" will be negated by "Royal Decree", so you can attack or change the battle position of the monster. Also, if "Royal Decree" is...

Re: Goat Format Nobleman of Crossout

To my understanding, the deck would still be revealed in advanced, but this will never come up, since nobody uses nobleman in advanced. If I had to rule on it, I'd have the players reveal. What we're not doing, is having players reveal their entire hands/decks for verification, unless the card says ...

Re: Goat Format Nobleman of Crossout

On dueling book, hands/decks are not revealed for verification purposes in any format. Mind Crush will not reveal in any format and Nobleman won't reveal in Goat/Edison.

Re: Psy-Framelord Omega / Introduction to Gallantry vs. 2+ copies of a card activating its effect to play itself from ha

Omega chaining to an activated effect in hand is one of the few times in which I actually recommend using dice. Regardless of there being a second copy in hand, since that would give extra info if it was only situational.

Simple, on summon triggers are ruled differently by the database, so the player summoning will get their effect.

Re: Goat Format Nightmare Wheel

https://www.goatformat.com/rulings5.html

"Nightmare Wheel" is NOT destroyed if the monster is flipped face-down. "Nightmare Wheel" continues to target the monster, inflict damage, and prevent the monster from attacking or changing battle position.

Blaze cannon says. This card activation and effect cannot be negated. Does that mean that infinite impermance can negated Blaze cannon. Since infinit impermance while set, and it activated targeting an opponent effect monster, it negated spell and trap card on the same Colum. So If I activated blaz...
