'Called by the Grave' negates the effect of monsters with the same original name.
so if another monster takes the name of the target monster, it's effect will not be negated since that name isn't it's original name.

well, it takes the original ATK and DEF.
if the token happens to have 0 ATK by default and gained the 2100 ATK through it's effect, then Relinquished will get the original 0 ATK.

just checked The Golden Apples: it's default ATK and DEF is listed as "?" which makes it 0.

tokens on the field are treated as normal monsters, so unless an effect specifies that it cannot be used on tokens, you can use tokens for effects as if they were normal monsters. the only restrictions are that tokens cannot be face-down or used as xyz materials. also, they disappear when they leave...
