db won't let me log in it keeps saying "lost connection"

every time i log in i lose connection now i am nearing my last straw with this website one day it works just fine another it shits the bed so FIX IT

I shouldn't be FUCKING locked out because of connection loss and I am tired of being patent with DB so what can I do to get back in faster

I can't get back into DB due to connection loss I tried resetting 3 times all hard resets , clearing history, 3 soft resets CAN I PLEASE GET HELP?
