In a match you should only be able to see the replay once the match is over. You should also be able to check their deck (unless that can be abused some way)

I'm not particularly interested in doing it right this second but it is something I've been thinking about doing but I can't find anything about it on the forums except that a test exists and that not a lot of people pass it, so is there a way to apply and if there is, are the applications open?
