Just a heads up, you misspelled materials, summon, another, and effect a few times in the text. You also missed a space between "every" and "HERO".

The Yu-Gi-Oh Wikia has a list of sets, and each card that was released in that set; it's functionally the same as you would do it in your suggestion.

You can already do this. Type the username in the card description.

There's a difference between your account being unable to play ranked games because you're frozen, and the server not allowed players to start new ranked games when a reboot is about to happen.
