Re: Number 41: Bagooska The Terribly Tired Tapir ruling
The continuous effect of bagooska changes the position of a normal summoned monster before its effect can activate. This will not cause skullcrobat joker to miss timing, as the summon and position change are considered simultaneous. It will, however, negate the effect if it is activated.

Re: Duelingbook's replay --> mp4 ??
This is not a ruling question. Please post your technical support questions in the support section of the forum. Rulings relate to the mechanics of the game (card/effect activation legality, atk/def modification sequences, effect negation, etc).

Re: Red-Eyes Metal Flare Dragon v. Number 41: Bagooska The Terribly Tired Tapir
Red-eyes flare metal dragon's effect to inflict damage would not be negated as it is not an activated effect. Flare metal will also still burn off of effects negated by tapir.

Re: Metaverse & Paleozoic vs. Pacifis, City of Radiance
Field spells (as well as any cards with trigger effects that activate on the field) must be on the field when the trigger is met in order to activate. This rule applies to all public knowledge areas (graveyard, face-up banished cards, etc) but does not apply to private knowledge areas (such as the h...

Re: Superheavy Samurai Battleball
The monsters sent do not need to be appropriate materials for the monster, they only need the original levels to add up to its level (as stated in the card text). In fact, the monsters sent are not considered synchro materials (the summon is treated as a synchro summon, albeit one without materials)...
