Yugioh Pro has a timer like this,but it dosen t prevent the players from say,not clicking: "do you want to responde? yes/no? " yes the timer still runs on them,and theiy lose the duell if theiy don t click anything,but if your only issue here is that the other side "takes to long"...

So When i try to start a Ratet Duel,i only get a "Loading screen"-circel instead of the usual Countdown until a user to duel is found.
i never experience this before,so what is going on? can someone help me,because i can t literaly ratet like this. and would like to continue dueling peopel.
