How does one get this role, it'd be very helpful as I am a noob and want to show people I mean no harm or ill intent when I make mistakes. I also don't think ranked treats me well.

I'd like to be a Begginer honestly, I always mess things up and it's really annoying when people think it's for ill intent.

With the HTML text, is it the same as HTML or can somebody give me the tags if it is not?

It says I am still frozen although I am on the day it should of ended, it started on Wednesday.

I kind of do see why this is not allowed, but have some sort of tracking to which players are frozen and are not to ban them if they do something wrong. I've back to DB and it looks great the community is cool and it's very fun. Haven't met that many toxic people tbh.
