Users are listed with rating/exp. So a 100/0, the starting value of users on Duelingbook, has 100 rating and 0 experience. You gain experience as a regular user by players in your duel admitting defeat in any given rated duel.

Hand destruction has a ruling on it. Discarding is a keyword, without that keyword it is not discarding in Yugioh.

Get rid of it, the rule only helps disrupt the few good posters on DB and boosts spammers when it nails any good poster trying to make more than 4 comments in a row, such as answering multiple quick rulings questions or saying something productive. People should be able to type more than 4 comments ...
